1. Plant Rental / Leasing and Servicing Plan

Our full-service plan includes:

On-site Consultation:  We visit your site to analyze the environment (lighting, windows, sun exposure/orientation, heating vents, air conditioning, and so on).  We will bring various catalogs of plants and containers to review with you.  We then discuss various design options and provide a cost analysis for each option.  You then choose the plan that works best for your budget.

Installation: We install the approved design at a time that is mutually convenient.  We take pride in delivering your plants and accessories in a timely manner, without disturbing your workplace.

• Keeping all plants cleaned, polished, and trimmed, including damp wiping, dusting, misting, and reorienting to the light as needed.
• Removing accumulated debris from planters.
• Keeping all plants free from disease and insects, or replacing them at our cost.
• Regular watering, adjusted to the needs of the plant.
• Re-potting or re-staking, as needed.
• Regular fertilization program.

Guarantee: We guarantee our maintenance service. If any plant should exhibit a decline in health and vigor, or infestation by pests, we will replace the plant with a new plant of the same size and variety at no charge.

2. Take-Over Maintenance Plan: We service the plants you already own

Our service includes:

• Keep all plants polished, trimmed and oriented to proper light
• Remove debris from planters
• Keep all plants free from disease and insects, or replace them at your cost.
• Regular watering, adjusted to the needs of the plant.
• Periodic cleaning of leaves including damp wiping, dusting and misting.
• Staking and restaking as needed.
• Repotting as needed.
• Regular fertilization program.

Guarantee: We guarantee our maintenance service only: If any of the plants you own should lose its healthy condition, we will replace — at your request and your cost — the plant with a new plant of same size and variety.

3. Plant Purchase only (flowering plants, foliage, containers)

We shall discuss and review the various flowering plants and foliage available from our extensive catalog.  We will advise you on the most suitable plants for your particular environment (sun exposure and orientation, lighting, heating vents, air conditioning, and so on).

Purchases are guaranteed to be free from blight and pests at the time of installation.
